水上救援繩使用方法：
在使用水上救援繩時(shí)，岸上人抓住繩子一頭，然后用插扣固定在施救者腰部，施救人員游向被救對象，施救人員和被救者抓住繩子捆綁在自己身上，岸上的人員一起拉繩子把人拖到岸邊救出。
